As the cornerstone of our HR department, your influence will be pivotal. You’ll be responsible for creating and nurturing a workplace that is as inclusive, dynamic, and forward-thinking as the tech world we navigate.
Responsibilities:
- Foster our culture, and be a reference for our vision, mission, and values;
- Understand the business and the needs of the company as a whole (business and employees);
- Build and own the hiring plan;
- Ensure smooth and successful onboarding/offboarding processes;
- Take part in onboarding operations;
- Help develop a training plan for all the areas that compose our company;
- Take ownership of the performance reviews;
- Experience with compliance and labor and employment laws;
- Take on recruitment processes from the ground up.
Job Requirements:
Must-Haves
At least 6 years of professional experience in the HR field;- Experience with defining training and development plans;
- Ability to expose the culture, values, vision, and mission of the company;
- Conflict Management skills;
Experience working in startups; - Excellent fluency in English – both verbal and written;
- Critical thinking and sharp attention to detail;
- Learning-oriented, and a motivated spirit;
- Location in Portugal (preferably Lisbon).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in tech companies;
- Experience with remote/hybrid work.
